What counts as an hour of edits?
An edit is one change or a series of small related changes done in one go. We don’t bill in seconds and we don’t split an hour into minutes. Example: «update prices in three places + add a testimonials block» — that’s one go, ~one hour.
What if I need more edits than included?
Pay hourly on top — 80 ₾/hour — or move to the next plan up. Moving up usually wins out from 3 hours per month onwards. We tell you honestly which option works better for your case.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, any time. Pro-rated, no penalty, no re-signing. You can step up to «Shop» for a seasonal push and step back down a month later.
What if I want to cancel?
No penalty. On monthly billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. On annual — we refund the remainder, minus the discount for the period you used and the waived setup fee.
Who owns the site?
You do. On exit we hand over all code, accounts, the domain and the content. None of «we hold your site, good luck moving it».
What if I outgrow «Shop»?
We talk it through individually and put together an enterprise package. It’s rare, but we’re ready for it — a few studio projects already run on a custom-tier subscription.
Can I do a one-time build without subscription?
Yes — see the «One-time» block at the bottom of the page and the Websites service page. A one-time build can later move onto a subscription without a fresh setup fee.
