Manifesto
We build working systems for small and medium business. Not abstract «strategies» and «research papers» — a specific website, a specific CRM, a specific workflow, assembled today and running from today.
Outcome-first, not hours-first. Fixed budget, fixed timeline. The project doesn’t «slip a little». We say «yes» when we can deliver; «no» when we can’t — early, not two months in.
Studio in Tbilisi, clients in Georgia, Russian-speaking expats, and the wider international market. Remote or in person — as it suits.
Principles
- Problem before code No code is written until we understand the problem. Audit first, build second.
- Fixed budget No «we’ll bill by the hour». The contract fixes the number.
- Transparent process One shared Telegram chat. A weekly status.
- Only what lasts a year We don’t ship «good enough for now». We think one year ahead.
- Project ends, we stay nearby After launch we stay reachable — by chat or one-off calls. No retainer required.
