The task

ASB launched a new line of business — waterproofing roofs, terraces, foundations and basements in Tbilisi. It needed a website that sells engineering work rather than materials: one that explains where the water comes from and leads people to book a paid inspection. The difficulty: the client only sees a stain on the ceiling, while the cause sits in a detail they can't see.

What we built

  • The centrepiece is an interactive cross-section of a residential complex, "Where is it leaking?": seven typical leak points from the roof down to the underground level; click one to see what it looks like, why it happens and what we do about it.
  • The page leads to one action — booking an engineer's inspection for 100 GEL, which is deducted from the estimate if the client orders the work; booking is via a form or WhatsApp.
  • We show a sample written inspection report — where it leaks, the source, the test opening, the solution, the estimate — so the client sees in advance what they are paying for.
  • Waterproofing systems are shown as cross-section details, layer by layer, with Baumerk materials, where they apply and their limits.
  • Separate pages for roofs and foundations, an articles section, Google markup (roofing contractor, services, opening hours) and three languages — Russian, Georgian and English.
  • A "service + store" link-up: the asbshop.ge waterproofing guide sends buyers who want the job done for them to the service website.

Service + store

The service website and the online store work as a pair: from the asbshop.ge guide "Waterproofing a bathroom, roof, terrace and foundation", a buyer who decides not to do the job themselves moves on to asbengineering.ge and books an inspection.
