Ask five studios for a website quote and you’ll get a five-fold spread. It’s not because someone is greedy: the word “website” is used to sell very different amounts of work. Let’s break the price into its parts, so you can compare quotes on substance — and know what you’re paying for.
Website price = hours × rate + platform
It’s simple: 80% of the price is human hours. How many you need depends on four things.
1. Format. A landing page is 30–50 hours of work, a corporate site is 70–120, a store starts at 120 and up. Hence our starting prices: landing pages from 1,500 ₾, corporate sites from 2,800 ₾, stores from 3,800 ₾.
2. Engine. A builder assembles faster — cheaper; custom code is more flexible and faster for the visitor — slightly pricier upfront but with no subscription; custom design is work from scratch, hence prices from 7,500 ₾. The details are in “Tilda or custom code”.
3. Content. Do you have texts, photos and structure ready? If yes, you save a noticeable slice of the budget. If we write the texts, that’s from 100 ₾ per page; photography and logo are separate.
4. Integrations. A form that posts to Telegram is included in the base. CRM, payment systems, warehouse sync, an AI agent — these are extra hours, and they’re exactly what turns a “2,000 site” into a “6,000 site”.
The hidden fees nobody mentions
When comparing quotes, ask not only “how much to build” but “how much per year afterwards”:
| Cost line | Site builder | Custom code |
|---|---|---|
| Platform subscription | ~1,000+ ₾/yr | 0 ₾ |
| Hosting | included | ≈0 ₾ (Cloudflare) |
| Domain | ~30–60 ₾/yr | ~30–60 ₾/yr |
| Edits | yourself | hourly / support plan |
Over 3 years of ownership the “cheap” option sometimes turns out more expensive. We run this maths at the brief — in an actual table.
Where you can save — and where you can’t
You can: start with a landing page instead of a corporate site, take a template design instead of custom, prepare the content yourselves, postpone nice-to-haves to a second iteration.
You can’t: on structure and message (a site that doesn’t answer “why you” won’t convert at any price), on responsive layout (more than half of traffic is mobile), on loading speed and technical SEO — that’s the foundation, cheap to lay at the start and expensive to fix later.
Why our prices say “from” and when they get fixed
Any price before a brief is a range, because the scope isn’t known yet. Our rule is simple: a 30-minute brief → an exact price in writing → it doesn’t change. Payment is 50% before the start, 50% on delivery, and the warranty month is free. All starting prices are public on the home page — compare away.
